Returns

In the rare event you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange a piece then just contact us on:

Include your order number and the reason for returning; we will contact  you via email with the return address and any further details.

You can return all or part of your jewellery order within 14 calendar days after placing your order. You can only return the jewellery if the item is in it's original packaging, undamaged and unworn.

 

We cannot accept Earrings as a return item due to strict hygiene regulations. If you have a question about your earring order please contact us on the email above.

Jewellery is delicate in nature, we check all pieces before sending them out but if in the rare event a piece is thought to have arrived faulty then please contact us via the email above with photos within 48 hours of receiving the item. We do not accept responsibility for pieces broken or damaged beyond 14 calendar days.

 

For items that have been broken or damaged by the customer once received, we cannot refund or exchange. We are not responsible for how customers handle their jewellery. Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide to learn best practice with keeping your new pieces as sparkling and bright as new. Please handle your jewellery with care!

Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to exchange a purchase made then please contact us directly for further details. We request that the item (undamaged and unworn) is returned to us within 14 calendar days. You'll have two options:

​

1) If the piece is received without issue (undamaged & unworn), you'll be issued a refund which will enable you to purchase the new size/style you wish to exchange for.

​

2) You can purchase the exchanged item to avoid delay and once your returned order is received, if assessed to be undamaged/ unworn, you'll be issued a full refund. 

 

Please note that the extra shipping costs of the exchange or return of an item are for the customers.
