You can always email us at Eightyeightjewellery@outlook.com, we are happy to help you with all your questions about jewellery, your order, shipping and returns. Expect a response within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday.

Can I return my order? How can I make a return? 

​

We have an easy return policy. Just email us at eightyeightjewellery@outlook.com with your order number, item(s) to return and the reason you wish to make a return, we will provide you with further details on how to do this. Any return costs are customers own responsibility. You can only return the item if it's in it's original packaging, undamaged and unworn.

You can return jewellery up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to strict hygiene reasons.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page. We offer free shipping on all orders above £60. 

Currently we only ship within the UK and Ireland.

How do I track my order?

​

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please feel free to email us if you have any queries or questions about this. There may be occasions where items within one order are shipped separately, this is purely to ensure the most optimised shipping time possible. You will be informed via email if this is the case.

Can I cancel or change my order?

In case your order hasn't been processed yet, it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been processed it is not possible to change or cancel your order.

Can I return sale items?

​

All orders made during a sale are final, therefore it is not possible to return.
