SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are packed and shipped in the UK.

For each individual order, standard shipping applies:

£2.99 - Royal Mail (tracked).

​

Delivery time: 2-3 Business days

​

Express delivery is available at £4.99 - Royal Mail (tracked).

​

Delivery time: 1-2 Business days

​

Please be minded that all orders will be sent out the following day (1 day processing required), where we can send it out on the same day (often if orders are made before 12pm) then we will try and do so. 

 

Please also be minded that a Sunday is not a business delivery day.

Delivery outside of the UK

For those elsewhere in the world, please contact us directly for delivery quotes. 

We use Royal Mail International - this service is weight based so it will be entirely dependent on the size of the order!

Additional information for all deliveries

​

Once a parcel has left us and is with the delivery company, Eighty Eight is not liable for lost or damaged parcels, however we are happy to support you with making a claim.

 

  Here at Eighty Eight we only send orders via a Tracked & Signed for service, as this is the most secure way of delivery and it enables you to follow the journey of your order from door to door.

 

In some circumstances and where advised by the delivery company a claim can be put through for reimbursement for lost or damaged parcels.

​

The customer is responsible for entering the correct address - where we can we will contact you if this cannot be found when creating the shipping label. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped. 

 

This claim process is led by the delivery service and will require the customers involvement.

​

Eighty Eight Jewellery are not liable for any orders that are considered to have been successfully delivered by the delivery company but where a customer states they have not received it. 'We' will support a customer in making a claim and raising an investigation with the delivery service to reach a conclusion.
